Job summary

Zeal Futures is offering an entry-level IT support trainee role commencing January 2027, based in Sydney. You will learn through on‑the‑job training while assisting with device configuration, providing user support, and helping maintain IT operations.

Ideal candidates are tech‑savvy, well spoken, and eager to develop a solid IT foundation. Applicants without an advanced IT certificate are welcome; national police checks will be required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo National police check prior to employment.
• Commitment to on/off the job training.
• Well spoken and professionally presented, with confidence to assist high‑profile customers.
• Keen to learn and develop a strong IT foundation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with configuration and setup of IT devices for end users.
• Provide technical support across Infrastructure, Networks, End User Services and Applications.
• Offer user guidance via phone, laptop or in person.
• Handle basic troubleshooting and occasional physical movement or setup of IT hardware.
• Support IT team in maintaining smooth operations across systems and devices.
• Based in an on-site executive office environment with daily attendance.
