  • Tertiary qualification in computer science or a closely related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Solid understanding of full‑stack software development and modern system architectures, with the ability to set and evolve engineering standards appropriate for a growing organisation.
  • Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and influence, translating business priorities into clear technical direction and delivery plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve business processes and outcomes through well‑designed digital and data‑driven solutions.
  • Experience managing corporate IT environments, including responsibility for day‑to‑day IT capability in a Microsoft‑based ecosystem (e.g. Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoint management), in collaboration with external providers as required.
  • Experience overseeing IT policies and controls, including security awareness, access management, and business continuity considerations.
