Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Architect in Wollongong to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology team. You will design secure, scalable AWS cloud solutions and guide development teams to implement enterprise standards.

As a senior technical lead, you will present options to executives, mentor colleagues, and ensure governance with PSPF, ISM, and Essential Eight. Hybrid working and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and deploying secure, scalable AWS cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, Aurora, EventBridge, EC2, and Kinesis.
• Ability to lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to lead technical teams, provide mentorship, and foster collaboration.
• Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks and governance standards.
• Australian citizenship and a minimum Baseline security clearance are required.
