The Role

Working as a key member of our supportive and collaborative IT team, you will provide professional, friendly, and timely technical support through our Service Desk. You will assist with a variety of technical projects and perform daily system administration tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality support for Microsoft technologies including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Windows OS, and Cyber Security tools
  • Supporting iOS devices, desktop hardware, and business systems in a corporate environment
  • Managing incidents using ITSM tools and contribute to the development and maintenance of our Standard Operating Environment (SOE)
  • Performing endpoint imaging, patch management, and software deployment
  • Supporting IT projects, helping to set team priorities and ensure successful delivery
About You
  • Proven experience in a Service Desk or IT support environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions and endpoint management
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and service delivery best practices
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service

We welcome applications from candidates who have a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience and demonstrated technical capability. A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
