Emanate Technology is a well-established IT recruitment firm with offices in Canberra and across Australia. We seek a dynamic Talent Consultant / Resourcer to join our Canberra tech-focused team.

You will drive delivery, build strong relationships, and maintain a sense of urgency to achieve rewarding results. Ideal candidates are highly driven, commercially minded and passionate about quality outcomes, with resilience and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, ideally technology or IT sectors.
• Consulting and negotiation skills to manage clients and candidates.
• High integrity and commitment to service quality.
• Ability to recruit and resource candidates for client requirements.
• Experience in corporate environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with Consultants as part of a team to deliver on key client requirements.
• Source candidates through recruitment platforms including Bullhorn, SourceBreaker, LinkedIn and Seek.
• Screen and interview candidates for open vacancies.
• Proactively build talent pools for upcoming client opportunities.
• Utilise relationships to support colleagues in developing new clients and candidates, enhancing revenue generation.
• Actively network in the community to promote the Emanate Technology brand at professional groups and events.
• Manage contractors effectively to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to improve sales efforts.

Skills and experiencerequired:

• We are ideally looking for someone with previous recruitment experience, ideally within technology, however we are open to candidates with relevant transferable skills (sales / retail / hospitality)


• Consulting skills and ability to negotiate with clients, candidates, and contractors


• Maintainhigh levelsof integrity and commitment to delivering the highest-quality service


• Ability to recruit and resource candidates for client requirements effectively


• Experience in corporate environments highly desirable
