Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience.
• Proven IT field support experience.
• Willing to travel and able to handle equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 2 support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Teams Voice and AV/VC solutions.
• Assist in network connectivity and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
