A community service organization in Victoria is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver technical assistance and support to end-users. This full-time role involves managing IT incidents, collaborating with teams, and maintaining system documentation. Supporting a range of desktop environments connecting to a variety of Microsoft products and applications, the role is required to problem solve and deliver satisfactory outcomes in a customer friendly manner. In addition to the above, this position plays a crucial role in protecting an organization's information assets, managing risks, validation and ensuring compliance with applicable systems.
