Job summary

K''Gari Beach Resort, part of Journey Beyond, is seeking a hands-on Handyperson for a permanent part-time on-island role. The successful candidate will maintain facilities, grounds and guest areas, carrying out preventative maintenance and general repairs to ensure a safe, high-standard guest experience.

You'll work across a variety of tasks, operate tools safely, and follow health and safety requirements, with current driver’s licence and trade maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience or trade background required.
• Must have safety-focused approach and ability to work independently.
• Trade qualification or equivalent maintenance experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Current unrestricted driver''s licence.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventative maintenance across resort facilities.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain guest areas and resort grounds.
• Operate tools and equipment safely.
• Follow workplace health and safety requirements.
