Job summary

Atlas Access Training in Sydney, NSW, is seeking IRATA Level 2 or 3 Rope Access Technicians to join our expanding team on high-level construction and remedial projects. You will plan, execute, and review access strategies, ensuring safety and quality while working with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 2 or 3 certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 1000 hours logged for Level 1 with 1 year rope access experience.
• Trade qualifications and willingness to upgrade to L-2.
• Experience in construction and remedial work at heights.
• Strong safety mindset and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and review access strategies at height.
• Operate rope access tasks on construction and remedial projects.
• Inspect and maintain rope access equipment.
• Collaborate with project team to develop access solutions.
• Adhere to safety regulations and site SOPs.
