About This Role

As the Investor Relations Manager at Tyro, you will lead the evolution of Tyro’s investor relations strategy, shaping how we engage the market, build trusted relationships with research analysts and shareholders, and harness technology and data to deliver a seamless, insight‑driven experience for all stakeholders. You will provide strong support on strategic projects and medium‑term strategic planning, ensuring business planning is deeply aligned with our mission to create long‑term value for shareholders. You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, Senior Executives, the Board, and the People, Communications & Sustainability team to bring clarity, cohesion and impact to how Tyro tells its story and plans for the future.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and deliver Tyro’s investor relations strategy.
  • Plan and deliver regular analyst, investor and shareholder briefings and events, including the AGM, roadshows and other conferences.
  • Prepare and accompany senior management and relevant Board members to investor meetings and roadshows.
  • Prepare all major shareholder communications, including presentations, ASX statements, Q&A documents, information memos, executive speeches, and website content.
  • Prepare the annual report and support the Chief People and Communications Officer with the development of the remuneration and sustainability reports.
  • Prepare Management and Board reports including, but not limited to, analyst reports, movements in the share register, shareholder sentiment and market trends.
  • Support medium‑term strategic planning in collaboration with the Financial Planning & Analysis team.
  • Support company‑wide strategic portfolio assessments and M&A transactions.
Performance Indicators
  • Timely delivery of high‑quality written reports to Management, People Committee, and the Board.
  • Positive feedback from key stakeholders across Tyro and externally.
  • Minimal spread between Analyst reports and consensus.
  • Compliance with continuous disclosure requirements.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in investment banking, capital markets and/or a senior investor relations role in a listed company.
  • 5+ years’ experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relationships with the investor community and analysts.
  • Experience in producing external communications materials and Management and Board papers.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Financial modelling and financial analysis experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting.
  • A strong understanding of ASX rules and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working both autonomously and collaboratively, managing changing workloads and having excellent attention to detail.
