Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience from university.
• Strong financial analysis and valuation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand companies, markets and investment portfolios at a detailed level.
• Genuine intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in investing and financial markets.
• Confident engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and intellectual rigour.
• Independent mindset and initiative to develop views rather than repeat messaging.

Responsibilities

• Developing a deep understanding of fund’s investment philosophy, process, portfolios, and performance drivers.
• Acting as a key conduit between the investment team, distribution team and external clients.
• Assisting senior investment specialists in meetings with research houses, asset consultants, advisers and institutional/wholesale clients.
• Supporting relationships with ratings and research organisations and contributing to ratings and due diligence.
• Preparing and delivering investment presentations, portfolio updates and market commentary.
• Developing high-quality investment content, including presentations, thought leadership and white papers.
• Working closely with the distribution team to provide technical investment support during client engagements.
• Presenting at conferences, industry events and other external forums as experience develops.
