Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Investment Implementation Services Specialist in Australia. The role supports Pacific operations from Melbourne or Sydney with a hybrid work model requiring at least three days in the office.

You will manage cash flow, unit pricing, reporting and compliance to ensure accuracy and timeliness across clients in the Pacific region. The ideal candidate holds a finance-related degree with 5+ years in cash flow or treasury, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience with investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience in cash flow management, treasury or similar environment.
• Experience in senior-level review and peer review responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance across the Pacific region.
• Proficiency with financial systems and investment tools.
• Sound understanding of the superannuation industry and unit pricing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow activity to support liquidity and business objectives across specific clients in the Pacific region.
• Prepare, analyse and review cash flow forecasts and reports, providing insights to Client Consulting Teams.
• Lead review and peer review processes for cash flow data to support accuracy, integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders and service providers to resolve discrepancies and improve cash management outcomes.
• Monitor internal controls, risk management and compliance related to cash flow and unit pricing activities.
• Support regulatory and compliance reporting, and contribute to month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities.
