Job summary

Marsh is seeking a talented data professional to join the People and Investments Data team. The role is based in Melbourne (Docklands) or Sydney (Barangaroo) with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least three days a week in the office.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related analytical discipline.
• Experience in Investment data analysis at a Multi Asset Class Investment Manager or Superannuation Fund.
• Solid understanding of Investment, Custody, and Financial Market Data, Instruments, and Data Feeds.
• Strong knowledge of investment markets, asset classes, and instrument types.
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA, SQL, relational databases, and analytical/reporting systems.
• Experience with system implementation and testing activities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate confidently with investment professionals and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated teamwork, goal orientation, good judgment, and collaborative work style.
