Job summary

Numbers Executive is seeking an Investment Analyst to join the Melbourne-based Infrastructure & Energy Investment team. You will screen potential asset acquisitions, support deal execution, and assist ongoing asset management activities such as valuation analyses and board papers.

The ideal candidate will have infrastructure or energy M&A experience, a strong academic record in Commerce/Finance/Engineering, and may hold CFA or CA qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial modelling for large-scale infrastructure/energy deals.
• Relevant tertiary degree in Commerce, Finance or Engineering with strong academics.
• Post-graduate qualifications such as CFA or CA are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in screening potential asset acquisitions within infrastructure and energy portfolios.
• Provide workstream support during deal execution.
• Support ongoing asset management tasks including valuation analysis and board papers.
• Assist with refinancings and related transaction activities.
