About the role

Key responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Perform tasks at dedicated inventory management stations
- Manage product recall, withdrawal, stock purging, quality checks and customer returns
- Perform inventory tasks across all temperature chambers (AMB,CHI and FZR)
Pick Support:
- Monitor pick and dispatch operations to meet daily targets
- Ensure customer dispatch order are fulfilled on time
- Identify and resolve issues affecting dispatch efficiency
Inbound Office:
- Manage trailer and PO (purchase order) management
- Handle late deliveries and ensure vehicle turnaround time is in line with plan
- Monitor and manage temperature data for inbound deliveries and pallet movement
- Undertake general administrative duties related to inbound operations
About you and your skills
- Demonstrate a focus on safety, customer service and continuous improvement
- Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
