Job summary

Adore Beauty seeks an experienced Inventory Supervisor for its Broadmeadows Distribution Centre. You will lead inbound, QC, returns and gifting operations to move stock efficiently and accurately through the DC.

You will drive inventory accuracy, partner with planning and marketing on campaigns, and implement process improvements across labour, systems and logistics to support fast, safe fulfilment for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inventory operations in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of inbound, QC, returns and gifting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound, QC, returns and gifting operations to move stock accurately through the distribution centre.
• Drive inventory accuracy and cycle counts; reduce shrink and improve stock visibility.
• Partner with planning and marketing on campaigns; support capacity planning and promotions.
• Implement process improvements across labour, systems and logistics to enable fast, safe fulfilment for customers.
