Linfox Laverton North, VIC, is seeking an experienced Inventory Leader to own operations across a fast-paced, multi-customer distribution centre.

You will drive inventory accuracy, lead an engaged inventory team, and partner with Operations, customers and site leadership to deliver exceptional service while promoting a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management within warehousing or logistics.
• Experience with cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to lead and coach an inventory team.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory operations across a flagship multi-customer distribution centre.
• Manage cycle counts, stock reconciliations, inventory investigations and reporting.
• Drive inventory control, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, mentor and develop the inventory team with a safety-first culture.
• Partner with Operations, customers and key stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Monitor and achieve key inventory KPIs and root-cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce discrepancies.
