Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage cycle counts, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions across the Sydney site. You will support ERP testing, participate in audits, and ensure timely inventory transactions while driving continuous improvement in inventory processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in inventory control within manufacturing, strong data analysis, and proficiency with Excel; Dynamics ERP experience is a plus, and a forklift license is

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Inventory control experience in manufacturing
• Valid forklift license preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office; Dynamics ERP knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory cycle counts to drive KPI execution across AIC and Field Services
• Analyse, document, and resolve inventory variances to align physical and system inventory
• Root cause analysis of variances and corrective actions
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inventory reports for trends and visibility
• Support ERP testing to ensure smooth transition to BAU
• Participate in inventory audits with internal and external partners
• Manage timely inventory transactions and Adhoc inventory tasks
• Disposables of obsolete and excess inventory
• Engage in continuous improvement of inventory systems and processes
• Promote safety culture and adhere to site safety regulations
• Demonstrate Aristocrat's values in daily work

Job description

What you will do

• Conduct inventory cycle counts to drive the execution of Inventory KPI across AIC and Field Services.
• Analyse, document, and resolve inventory variances to align physical and system inventory.
• Driving root cause analysis of inventory variances and provide corrective actions where necessary.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inventory reports for cycle count trends and improving visibility on inventory management.
• Support ERP testing to ensure smooth transition of changes to BAU with minimal disruptions.
• Participate in inventory audits with our internal and external financial business partners as needed.
• Manage timely inventory transactions & Adhoc inventory management tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
• Perform physical and system disposition of obsolete and excess Inventory as required.
• Actively engage in continuous improvement and optimisation of inventory systems and processes to transform our inventory operational performance.
• Actively engage with safety initiatives and promote a safety culture across the site fully complying to site safety regulations and displaying diligence during operational tasks.
• Actively demonstrate Aristocrat's Winning Ways values and behaviours.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of Inventory control experience working in a manufacturing environment with strong understanding of inventory processes and supply chain management
• Valid forklift license preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis
• Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience is helpful but not essential
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Flexibility & adaptability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
