Job summary

Urbis offers a paid internship in Australia for 10 months (February 2028 – December 2028) with flexible weeks across 2–4 days. You’ll work alongside industry leaders on urban projects, gaining practical experience while balancing study commitments.

The Asset Strategy team provides exposure to planning, design, property, and consultancy across diverse client engagements. You will be involved in stakeholder engagement, site visits, and research activities, contributing to project delivery and

What is a typical day?

Our Asset Strategy team helps clients make smart decisions about their property assets. They focus on how buildings and land are used, improved and planned over time to support business goals and long‑term value.As an intern, every day is different, allowing you diversity in experience and exposure to different people and clients. Working across a variety of client disciplines, you will:

• Engage with stakeholders to support consultation,coordinationand project outcomes.
• Build a detailed understanding of sites and projects, including attending site visits whererequired.
• Undertake research activities to support project delivery.
• Respond to client requests by preparing information, testingideasand documenting outputs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver work aligned to agreed scopes,timeframesand quality standards.
