Job summary

Haymans Electrical in Bundaberg is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales person to join our team in a busy electrical wholesale environment. This full-time role focuses on trade counter and account sales, delivering outstanding service to local electrical contractors.

Knowledge of electrical wholesale products is helpful but not essential; product training will be provided. The right candidate will be driven, organized and possess strong communication and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Your main duties will include:

• Trade Counter Sales
• Key Account Sales (email and phone)
• Providing outstanding Customer Service to the local electrical contractors
• Following up customer orders with suppliers and engaging with suppliers

The successful applicant will have:

• Great customer service.
• A can do attitude.
• A current Driver License.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of electrical wholesale products will be helpful but is not essential as product training will be provided. However, a pro-active, driven and reliable person with the right attitude and a willingness to learn within a rewarding team environment is essential.
