This is initially a 10 (possibly 12) month contract.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own and enhance content across AFCA's intranet, Knowledge Centre and employee-facing digital platforms.
  • Create engaging news, campaigns, resources and communications that connect employees to what matters most.

You'll Have
  • Strong experience creating and managing content within SharePoint Online.
  • A background in internal communications, digital content, employee communications or intranet management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute positively to team culture and outcomes.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills, with a knack for making complex information simple and engaging.
  • Experience creating digital experiences that are user-focused, accessible and easy to navigate.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • A naturally curious mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
