Gallagher Bassett, Australia’s largest Third-Party Administrator, offers a 5-week paid internship in Brisbane’s People & Culture team starting January 2027. You’ll work with industry experts, gain practical HR experience, and contribute to initiatives that empower our people.

You’ll receive hands-on training, shadowing, and an individualized development program, plus coaching and support from your manager and interns. This role provides a pathway to future opportunities within GB.

5-week Paid Internship Program - January 2027

Looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources and People & Culture? Gallagher Bassett’s Brisbane office is offering a 5-week paid internship in January 2027!

As part of a global leader in insurance and risk management, you’ll work alongside industry experts, develop valuable skills, and contribute to initiatives that support and empower our people.

Key Criteria

• You’re scheduled to complete your studies 2027 or later.
• You’re available full-time for 5 weeks from Monday 18 January to Friday 19 February 2027.
• You’re a domestic or international student with full Australian working rights.
• We strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
