Qualifications

• Experience leading remote/construction projects from planning to demobilisation.
• Degree in construction management, engineering or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Create and present project plans, schedules, and budgets for stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across site and office to meet objectives.
• Plan resources, rosters, costings, and schedules for remote projects.
• Oversee logistics of mobilisation, execution and demobilisation for remote sites.
• Support onboarding, performance reviews and succession planning.
