Access Engineering Group is seeking experienced Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders for immediate starts across Garden Island, Henderson and Mandurah, WA. The role covers erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding with strict safety and site procedures.

With a strong 2027 project pipeline including Defence, maintenance and construction work, there may be full-time opportunities after probation for the right candidates. Immediate starts and long-term career prospects are available.

Competenze

Minimum 5 years' scaffolding experience.
Current Working at Heights certification (within 2 years).
Current Confined Space certification (within 2 years).
Construction White Card held.

Mansioni

Erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding systems.
Conducting scaffold inspections and alterations as required.
Working safely within construction, maintenance and shutdown environments.
Following site procedures, safety standards and project requirements.
Working collaboratively with supervisors, leading hands and project teams.

Looking for ongoing scaffolding work close to home?

Access Engineering Group (AEG) is currently seeking experienced Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders for immediate starts across Garden Island, Henderson and Mandurah.

We are also inviting Expressions of Interest for our upcoming 2027 project pipeline, with opportunities across Defence, construction, maintenance and infrastructure projects.

With immediate vacancies available and a strong pipeline of work scheduled throughout 2027, we are also welcoming Expressions of Interest from scaffolders looking to secure their next opportunity.

For candidates seeking long-term stability, full-time positions may be available following a successful probation period, subject to project requirements and performance.
