Edward Jacobs in Geelong seeks an intermediate accountant to join their advisory-focused team. You’ll work with diverse clients, from SMEs to multinationals, developing technical and commercial skills in a growing practice.

With genuine hybrid/work-from-home flexibility, you’ll be mentored by senior staff and have opportunities for progression to Senior or Manager as you build a long-term public practice career in a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• 1+ years Australian Business Services / Public Practice experience
• Progress toward or intention to commence CA or CPA studies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
• Assisting with GST, CGT, FBT and Division 7A matters
• Supporting tax planning and client advisory projects
• Preparing reconciliations, workpapers and year-end adjustments
• Assisting with management reporting and Virtual CFO engagements
• Working closely with senior team members on complex client matters
• Building strong client relationships

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the Advisory Team, you'll be involved in:
