Job summary

Cox Architecture in Sydney is seeking a mid‑level architect with 5–6 years of design experience to lead on workplace projects, from concept through construction documentation.

You will guide design conversations, shape material and spatial strategies, and bring junior team members along as you grow with the studio.

Qualifications

Job description

You've spent the last 5-6 years building real skill, now you want projects (and a studio) that match it.

At COX, you won't be the most senior person in the room, but you also won't be stuck documenting someone else's decisions. What you'll be doing:

End-to-end involvement, from concept and client engagement through documentation, coordination and construction. You'll lead design conversations, shape material and spatial strategies across workplace projects and bring junior team members along as you go.
