Qualifications

Background in interior design, construction, property development, or professional services preferred.
Established network within the residential or design/construction industry.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and industry partners.
Act as a trusted point of contact for external relationships.
Nurture long-term partnerships that align with the studio’s positioning and values.
Attend industry events, memberships, and networking opportunities.
Represent the brand confidently and professionally.
Build and manage a sustainable, forward-looking pipeline.
Track leads, opportunities, and conversion rates.
Provide reporting and insights on market activity and development trends.
Identify emerging opportunities within the local and regional market.
Work with leadership to ensure smooth handover of new projects.
Align growth efforts with studio capacity and delivery capability.
Support and represent the brand evolution through strategic partnerships.
