Roles and Settings

• Inpatient Units: Deliver consistent, supportive care to individuals requiring more intensive mental health support. You'll manage daily assessments, administer medication, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help stabilise and rehabilitate patients on their path to recovery.
• Community Mental Health: Be a key resource for patients outside the hospital environment, offering case management, comprehensive assessments, and care planning. Your work in community settings allows you to build deeper connections, empower clients, and support them through their recovery journey.

Criteria

• Qualifications: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA without restrictions.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in mental health nursing, particularly in case management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with patients and team members.
• Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Transportation: A valid driver's license for regional and remote roles.
