Australian Secret Intelligence Service (ASIS) is seeking an Intelligence Officer to plan, develop and manage intelligence operations in line with Australian law and government requirements. You will rely on your interpersonal skills, high-level training and sound judgement to collect intelligence from overseas sources.

ASIS is Australia's foreign intelligence collection agency, responsible for obtaining information from foreign sources outside Australia to protect the country and its interests.

An ASIS Intelligence Officer plans, develops and manages intelligence operations in accordance with relevant legislation and Australian government requirements. You will use your exceptional interpersonal and relationship skills, high-level training and sound judgement to collect intelligence from overseas.

AIS is Australia's foreign intelligence collection agency. We collect and distribute secret foreign intelligence, information which would be otherwise unavailable to Australia, to protect Australia and its interests.

We obtain this intelligence from foreign sources, outside Australia's borders. To do this, we rely on what we call "human intelligence" - information that comes directly from people.
