TMRW Pte Ltd in Sydney is seeking a naturopath to own member relationships, set health strategies, and write protocols with the team. You will develop personalized supplement plans from testing results and work with AI to tailor recommendations.
The role requires a naturopathy degree, at least one year of clinical practice, and comfort with AI-assisted workflows. Hybrid working and ongoing CPD are provided.
Integrative clinicians own the member relationship end to end. You are the person a member speaks to most, the one who turns their results into a strategy, and the one who holds them to it across months rather than appointments. This role suits a naturopath who wants to build the service as well as deliver it. Our protocols, our supplement formulations and the way our systems work are all still being written. You would have a hand in all three.
Hold the member relationship, set the strategy, and help write the protocols the rest of the team works to
Day-to-day member contact as part of their membership tier, plus ongoing consults for members whose plan calls for them
Set each member's health strategy from their testing, and work with AI systems to generate specific recommendations against the pillars of health
Formulate personalised supplement protocols built on a member's own results rather than a standard stack
Manage and develop the clinical assistants who handle the administration behind your caseload
Contribute to setting and implementing the house protocols the whole clinical team works to
Provide constant feedback on how systems perform and where they should improve
Identify and escalation to Nurse Practitioners and doctors when something needs a medical decision
Degree or advanced diploma in naturopathy, with current professional association membership
Minimum one year in clinical practice
Experience prescribing supplements and herbs
Adaptability – the work changes underneath you
Ownership of outcomes – you follow things through without being chased
Critical thinking – you can hold a clinical position and change it when the data says so
Passion for health outcomes – the reason you are in this field still matters to you
Australian citizenship or full working rights
An interest in developing a specialty, whether that is women's health, gut, metabolic or performance
Comfortable using AI as part of a clinical workflow
Healthcare was built to react. We are building the opposite. People bounce between GPs, specialists and allied health, collecting fragments of information in language that leaves them more confused than when they started. TMRW maps a member's biology through deep clinical testing — 75+ blood biomarkers across 11 organ systems, plus up to 1,700 epigenetic data points — then translates what it means into a plan they can act on. Bloods are retested at day 90 and annually, so progress is measured rather than assumed. Every plan blends medicine, nutrition and functional health, and every one is built on that person's own biology rather than a population average. We are a small, post-seed team across Sydney and Western Australia. Early enough that the person in this seat shapes how the clinical service works, not just how it runs.
