We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate strategic and operation projects, including the integration of new entities into the Fyfe Group following recent acquisitions, ensuring seamless alignment of people, systems, policies and processes, and client relationships.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role where you'll be at the heart of organisational transformation. Reporting to the General Manager – Operations, Office of the CEO, you will orchestrate multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities, and deliver project and integration outcomes that position us for long-term success. If you excel at driving execution, building stakeholder relationships, and delivering results in fast‑paced environments, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Drive comprehensive project plans across all entities, ensuring milestones are met and success metrics achieved
  • Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams spanning HR, IT, data, operations, finance, contracts, communications, and client markets
  • Monitor critical paths and dependencies, implementing risk mitigation strategies and escalating issues as needed
  • Drive data migration, system consolidation, and platform integration projects
  • Implement change strategies that minimise disruption and maximise adoption
  • Execute stakeholder communication plans and engagement activities
  • Standardise and optimise business processes, implementing efficiency improvements
What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years project management experience, with at least 3 years leading complex projects, with integration or merger projects involving people, systems, and processes, highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, organisational development, or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar) highly regarded
  • Experience managing concurrent, interdependent projects with competing priorities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across all organisational levels
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and driving adoption
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities with a bias for action
Highly Regarded
  • Experience integrating multiple entities or business units
  • Background in professional services or similar client‑focused industries
  • Experience with system and data migration projects
