Job summary

UGL Pty Limited is seeking an Integrated Stage Works Manager in Beenleigh to lead strategic planning and integration of stage works across multiple delivery streams. You will ensure critical scope is sequenced to fit possession windows and deliver within a coherent, integrated plan for safe brownfield rail delivery.

You’ll drive readiness reporting, identify risks early, and enable confident decision-making with senior project leaders in a live railway environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience delivering brownfield rail infrastructure projects including staging and live-rail delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and integration of stage works across delivery streams.
• Coordinate sequencing of critical scope to align with possession windows.
• Drive readiness reporting and proactive risk identification.
• Support decision-making with clear communication and practical recommendations.
