Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage people/resources.
• Understanding of ad agency workflow including art buying, print production and interactive design/production procedures.
• Strong numerical/financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs from Account Management and Creative; brief Studio Manager on job requirements, timings and head-hours.
• Produce design/studio artwork estimates for client approval; track actuals vs estimates.
• Maintain production schedules, timelines and cost estimates; monitor headhours and keep Studio on track.
