Job summary

Business Review Group (BRG) seeks an Integrated Logistics Support Manager to support a major Defence SATCOM capability. You will lead ILS planning, governance and sustainment activities across the capability lifecycle, coordinating with stakeholders in Defence and industry.

Working with project management, engineering and Defence partners, you will develop and maintain ILS artefacts and deliver practical logistics solutions. Remote work may be considered where feasible.

Qualifications

• Extensive Defence ILS and sustainment management experience.
• Proven track record creating Defence ILS docs and artefacts.
• Solid understanding of Defence acquisition and transition-to-service.
• Experience with capability acquisition, intro into service or sustainment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Current NV1 security clearance required.
• Experience with FMS, SATCOM or COMSEC would be advantageous.

About The Role

BRG is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to support a major Defence SATCOM capability.

The role will provide specialist logistics, sustainment and project delivery support, ensuring the effective planning, coordination and delivery of ILS activities throughout the capability lifecycle.

Working closely with project management, engineering, acquisition and sustainment stakeholders, the successful candidate will lead the development and maintenance of ILS artefacts, governance processes and supportability products while supporting transition-to-service and long-term sustainment outcomes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

To be Successful

• Demonstrated experience in Defence Integrated Logistics Support, logistics management or sustainment management.


• Strong experience developing and managing Defence ILS documentation and artefacts.


• Sound understanding of Defence acquisition, sustainment and transition-to-service processes.


• Experience supporting Defence capability acquisition, introduction into service or sustainment programs.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across complex logistics issues.


• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.


• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities.


• Experience with FMS programs, SATCOM or COMSEC capabilities would be highly regarded.


• Qualifications or training in ILS, Logistics Management, Project Management or a related discipline would be advantageous.


• A current NV1 security clearance.
