Job summary

MediAesthetics is seeking an Integrated Designer & Production Specialist to join our Marketing team in Sydney or Adelaide. You will transform campaign concepts into channel-ready assets across three leading aesthetics brands, ensuring visual impact and production efficiency.

You'll partner closely with the Creative Director and build scalable templates, automation, and asset libraries to accelerate high-volume rollout while maintaining brand integrity and quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in integrated design or artwork roles.
• Strong portfolio across digital, print, retail and motion design.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills and motion graphics experience.
• Experience with design systems and templating.

Responsibilities

• Bring approved campaign concepts to life across print, retail, website, eDM, social, eCommerce, paid media and digital channels.
• Develop visually engaging assets that maintain creative integrity while adapting across formats.
• Design and produce high-quality point-of-sale, promotional and campaign materials for our clinic network.
• Create motion graphics, animations and video content for paid and organic social, digital display, websites and in-clinic screens.
• Manage end-to-end creative production workflows, timelines, quality reviews and final asset delivery.
• Build scalable templates, master files, component libraries and automation solutions.
• Partner with eCommerce, CRM, Social Media, Local Area Marketing and Performance Marketing teams for channel-specific creative.
• Maintain creative asset libraries, version control and production documentation.
• Conduct quality assurance across artwork for accuracy, brand consistency and compliance.
• Provide design guidance and mentoring to junior creatives.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging creative technology and production automation.
