Job summary

Dentsu Creative in Sydney is seeking an Integrated Producer to lead end-to-end production across campaigns, shoots, events and experiences, partnering with Creative, Strategy and Client Services to deliver on time and on budget.

With ~5 years in a production role within a creative environment, you’ll manage budgets, schedules and resources, juggle priorities, and bring ideas to life—from brief to delivery.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years’ experience in a production role within a creative agency, production company or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production across integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, content, film, experiential, print and OOH.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets and production plans, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
• Partner with Creative, Strategy and Client Services teams, while coordinating suppliers, freelancers and production partners.
• Lead the logistics and execution of shoots, content captures, events and activations, including on-site production support.
• Proactively manage risks, budgets and timelines while maintaining high-quality production outcomes.
