Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to perform proficiently on current practice management systems and/or electronic medical records.
• Excellent working knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatments.
• Ability to take direction and work well with a team but also be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients and assist the PCP with assessment and co-management of target problems.
• Conduct assessments and brief, focused interventions.
• Evaluate crisis situations and apply appropriate interventions.

Skills

Excellent communication

Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of psychopharmacology

Bilingual preferred (Spanish)

Education

LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
