Qualifications

• Solid experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in personal injury or insurance litigation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the lawyers in the Insurance Team.
• Prepare and amend legal documents and correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, witnesses, counsel & other service providers.
• Perform dictation transcription and word processing.
• File court documents electronically.
• Conduct legal research and support the preparation of bills.
• Arrange meetings and conferences for lawyers.
• Manage task lists.
