Lead Group in Sydney is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join its Insurance Litigation team. The role focuses on insurance litigation matters such as public liability, product liability, and professional indemnity, with hybrid working and strong mentoring for career progression.

The role requires a lawyer with at least 2 years post-admission experience in insurance/general litigation, excellent drafting, research and communication skills, and a proactive, client‑facing mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years post-admission experience in insurance litigation or general litigation.
• Strong interest in insurance law.
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of insurance litigation matters including public liability, product liability and professional indemnity.
• Manage your own matters with appropriate supervision.
• Work closely with insurer and corporate clients to develop litigation strategy.
• Receive mentoring from senior practitioners and participate in development programs.
• Contribute to a collaborative team focused on career growth.
