Job summary

Australian Christian College (ACC) seeks enthusiastic Instrumental Music Teachers to help establish our Year 5 Band and Year 3 String Programs at the Moreton campus in Caboolture. You will join a growing Music Department and collaborate with a small tutoring team to deliver engaging lessons.

The role offers the opportunity to grow the program and develop a multi-day involvement as student participation increases, with a focus on building a positive learning environment and inspiring young

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about teaching instrumental music across strands.
• Excellent communication and teamwork when collaborating with staff.
• Ability to inspire and develop young musicians.
• Willingness to teach beginner violin and cello in group settings.

Responsibilities

• Teach across woodwind and brass for Year 5 Band and supporting ensembles.
• Lead and support Year 5 Band and Year 3 String Programs.
• Collaborate with a two-t tutor team to build the program.
• Contribute to a developing instrumental music program and attend planning meetings.
