WCC Kitchens & Cabinets Pty Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality custom-made kitchens, laundries, vanities, wardrobes and various storage/display units who are seeking a skilled and experienced Installer to join our team. This full-time position is based in Stapylton, QLD 4207, and will involve the installation of custom-made kitchens laundries, vanities, wardrobes and various storage/display units for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Safely and efficiently install kitchen cabinetry components according to customer specifications and company standards.

Liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the installation process and final product.

Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues that may arise.

Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the installation process.

Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our installation processes and procedures.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a cabinet or kitchen installer, with a minimum of 3 years in the industry is preferred.

Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Strong carpentry and hand tool skills, with the ability to work with a variety of materials and finishes.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A valid manual driver's license and reliable transportation to Stapylton, QLD.

Physical capability to lift heavy items and work at heights.

Certificate III in Cabinet Making or equivalent trade qualification highly regarded.
