Beaumont Installations in Victoria seeks an experienced Installation Site Manager for a newly created role. You will lead on-site installation projects, coordinate trade teams and uphold safety and quality standards across the region.

The role is hands-on and field-based, with involvement in installation, warranty, maintenance and rectification work as required. You will report to the State Installations Manager and collaborate with builders, customers and internal teams.

As our installations business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Installation Site Manager to join our Victorian team in this newly created role.

This is a hands‑on leadership position, responsible for coordinating installation projects, supporting trade teams and maintaining high standards of quality, safety and service.

Importantly, this isn’t a role where you’ll only be supervising from the sidelines. You’ll also roll up your sleeves and provide practical support on‑site when required, including installation, warranty, maintenance and rectification work.

Reporting to the State Installations Manager, you’ll oversee installation activities across Victoria and act as a key link between our trade partners, builders, customers and internal teams.

You’ll spend plenty of time out in the field, ensuring projects are delivered to Beaumont’s standards while building strong relationships with the people involved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You may come from a tiling, flooring, construction, trade or site management background and understand what it takes to deliver quality projects on‑site.
