Job summary

Hume Anglican Grammar is seeking a passionate Primary educator to join our Freier campus in Melbourne. This full-time, fixed-term role runs from Monday, 25 January 2027 to Friday, 10 December 2027, with responsibilities across teaching, pastoral care and co-curricular activities.

All teachers contribute to student development within a Christian ethos and engage with ongoing professional learning. Prior registration with the Victorian Institute of Teachers is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Satisfactory and current National Police History Check.
• Understanding of education for the appropriate age group with pastoral care experience.
• Commitment to Anglican ethos in the Anglican tradition.
• Experience with needs of diverse backgrounds including disability and culturally/linguistically diverse learners.
• Commitment to OHS, Equal Opportunity and Risk Management.
