Job summary

Brisbane Catholic Education is seeking a Primary Teacher (Enhancement) for Saints Peter and Paul’s School in Bulimba. Lead engaging lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum and partner with colleagues, students, and families to enrich learning outcomes.

You will support students' spiritual and moral development within a Catholic environment and contribute to a positive school culture. Eligibility to work in Australia and QCT registration are required.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
• Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and ordered learning environment aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
• Collaboratively develop and implement quality curriculum programs and pedagogy; assess and report student progress to students, parents and the community.
• Work with leadership, teachers and staff to foster a positive school culture.
• Engage in professional learning to enhance student outcomes.
• Establish positive pastoral relationships supporting students’ spiritual and moral development.
• Ensure Catholic Church teachings and values underpin learning and teaching.
