Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in the Perth region, WA, is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to deliver quality early learning programs across our Perth centres. You will inspire a love of learning, build meaningful relationships with families and support children to thrive in a nurturing environment.

You’ll lead purposeful teaching with creativity and energy, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with centre leadership to plan and review high-quality experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
• Current Teachers Registration.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom and engage with families and children.

Responsibilities

• Inspire a love of learning and foster development through purposeful, intentional teaching.
• Build meaningful relationships with families to support children's sense of belonging.
• Mentor and guide educational practices with the centre leadership team.
