Job summary

Early Learning Victoria is hiring an Early Childhood Educator (Diploma qualified) to join a government-led network of learning centres in Victoria. You will support high-quality play-based learning and coordinate pedagogy across groups in line with NF standards and the Victorian frameworks.

The role focuses on delivering inclusive programs, building strong relationships with families and children, and contributing to a safe, engaging learning environment in Hume - Greater Shepparton.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved diploma level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively working towards completion.
• Valid Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications; Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting online learning.
• Agreement to a police check; international police check required if resided outside Australia 12+ months in last 10 years.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate; Safe Sleep Training is desirable

Responsibilities

• Support the team to deliver high-quality early childhood education guided by evidence-informed pedagogy and practice.
• Coordinate an environment where children can flourish and thrive, aligned with national and Victorian frameworks.
• Develop, deliver and coordinate integrated teaching and learning strategies guided by individual learning needs.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, children and colleagues to ensure inclusivity.
