Job summary

St Brigid's Catholic School - Wynyard in Wynyard, TAS, is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a permanent, full-time position commencing 1 February 2027. The role supports spiritual, academic and wellbeing outcomes in a K–6 Catholic community.

You will deliver high-quality learning experiences, build strong relationships with students and families, and collaborate with colleagues in planning, assessment and reporting, while upholding Catholic principles.

Qualifications

• Ability to teach Religious Education (Accreditation C)
• Strong understanding of how students learn
• Knowledge of the Australian Curriculum
• Effective classroom management and planning
• Ability to assess, provide feedback and report on learning
