Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based teaching strategies to support literacy and numeracy.
• Create a supportive and safe learning environment with strong classroom management.
• Design learning programs tailored to individual developmental needs, including Personalised Plans for Learning.
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress using established programs and reporting systems.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to a dynamic professional learning community.
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to support each child's development.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Participate in additional non-instructional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the school community and its operations.
