Are you detail-driven, confident on the road, and passionate about providing exceptional service? Tate Brownlee Real Estate is seeking a reliable and professional Inspections Officer to join our growing Property Management team. This role can be part-time or full‑time, offering flexibility for the right candidate.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality routine inspections, entry and exit reports, and ensuring our landlords and tenants receive clear, thorough communication throughout the tenancy cycle.

The Role

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting routine inspections across our portfolio.
  • Completing detailed entry and exit condition reports.
  • Using digital tools and 360° technology for accurate documentation.
  • Liaising with tenants during property visits.
  • Communicating with the Property Management team on maintenance or tenancy concerns.
  • Ensuring compliance and delivering a high standard of reporting.

You will be provided with clear schedules, strong admin support, and efficient systems to help you perform at your best.

About You

You’ll be successful in this role if you are:

  • Confident in communicating with tenants.
  • Comfortable driving between properties.
  • Tech‑savvy and willing to learn new systems.
