Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. We are seeking a Legal Expert — Restructuring for an 18-hour remote contract. You will evaluate AI-generated restructuring content, review blinded outputs for legal accuracy, and provide concise, well-reasoned feedback.

Qualified lawyers with insolvency experience will work independently to deadlines, ensuring usefulness and completeness of the material while NDA obligations apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in restructuring and insolvency.
• Ability to judge work product holistically for correctness, completeness, judgment, and usefulness.
• Precise written English skills.
• Ability to work independently to written instructions and a deadline.
